Position Description:
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on the company accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Morgan Stanley Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls regarding Cash Management products and services, the Online client website, the Mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Multi-task and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
Preferred Criteria:
- College Degree
- Previous contact center experience
