Post Doctoral Scholar to pursue specialized research training and experience under the guidance of a scientific mentor.
- Will Perform murine bone-marrow transplants involving techniques such as bone marrow harvest, tail-vein injections, oral gavage, to study in-vivo mouse models of GVHD and leukemia.
- In-depth immunophenotyping using spectral flow cytometry, in-vitro T cell differentiation assays, data analysis.
- Single-cell RNA sequencing sample preparation and data analysis.
- Lead multiple projects, prepare manuscript/grant submissions.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctoral degree in immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology or related field required.
- The ability to interact in a highly multidisciplinary environment desired.
- Experience with cellular immunology, molecular biology, flow cytometry, murine models, and/or bioinformatics desired.
- Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
