Role: Integrator/General Manager
Organization Relationships: GM reports to the Visionary/CEO of PaintGreen. The GM provides leadership to the Production Manager, Sales Manager and Finance/Admin Manager.
Basic Function: The first job of the Integrator/General Manager is to ensure our clients have an excellent experience. The GM leads, manages and provides accountability to our team. They must be able to perform all the duties and responsibilities listed in this document at a minimum, and are also expected to play a key role in creating and improving company systems.

The Integrator/Operations Manager is responsible for delivering business results in these areas:
Sales & Produced Revenue:
- Produced Margin & Company Profit
- Accounts Receivable & Financial Health
- Customer Satisfaction including Net Promoter Score
- HR including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
Direct Reports: Marketing & Sales function leader, Operations function leader, Finance & Admin function leader, HR function leader, and any reports where a function leader is not present.
Basic Functions of the Role:
- Leading, Managing, and Accountability to the 1 year plan
- Coaching & developing staff & leadership to have skill & commitment to fulfill their role & future desires
- Responsible for creating the annual financial plan and leading & managing to achieve the profit target
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Creating the annual business plan & financial plan for shareholder approval
- Aligning 12 month goals, priorities and issues to serve the longer term vision
- Establishing a proper accountability chart to serve the 1 year plan and longer term vision
- Ensuring each person is aligned & motivated by their role, their goals, and compensation
- Leading, managing, and holding accountability to the 1 year plan through Annual Meetings, Quarterly Kickoffs, L10s, and Goal Alignment Meetings
- Recruiting key roles as necessary to fulfill the 1 year plan and 3 year picture
- Providing training sessions to transfer knowledge for each role & providing “in flight” coaching to transfer skill
- Completing margin deep dives to know who to coach and how to coach to hit margin targets
- Reviewing client surveys to understand high level trends, what systems need to get in place, who to train & coach, and what to train & coach on
- Completing a monthly “trend” to acknowledge the facts to where sales, revenue, margin, expenses, and profit are trending & capture high impact priorities to lead for the next 30 days
- Leading, creating and establishing processes in sales, coordination, production to provide consistent customer experience, crew experience, and profitability
- Stepping in to resolve escalated client issues as needed
- Ensuring weekly goals and priorities are aligned to stay on plan to annual and quarterly sales objectives, coordination objectives, and production objectives
- Approving overhead decisions & expenses as necessary to stay within the budget of the financial plan
- Leading, managing, and holding accountability to accounts receivable

Requirements of the Position
- Naturally assertive leader
- HIghly organized with proficiency in Google Suite and other Technology
- College Degree is preferred
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Some construction/home improvement background is preferred
- Operates with integrity and values - is customer-service driven
- Strong sales and marketing background is preferred
