Swoon is actively seeking a Network Engineering Services Manager to join the team!

What will your day-to-day look like?
- Manage a team of network engineers, technicians, and analysts
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the network infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain critical network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Monitor and analyze network performance
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences

What’s required?
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in network management with a focus on hardware, software, and security
- Proven knowledge of designing and implementing SDWAN technologies
- Experienced in managing and configuring Cisco Switches, Routers, firewalls, and wireless as well and Fortinet SDWAN and FortiManager Orchestration
- Cisco SIP Trunking (CUBE / CUCM)
- Microsoft Azure Network Configuration and Express Route
What’s preferred?
- Network certifications – CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP
What else should you know?
Role - Contract to Hire Role
Location – Remote but MUST work in EST hours
Hours – Must work in Eastern Standard Time
