Role Objective
- Lead all fleet operations to ensure reliable operation of our vehicles and equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage fleet programs.
- Ensure vehicles are compliant with all DOT standards and OSHA Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the operational team ensuring communication between the departments.
- Utilize technology to report on equipment utilization and location information.
- Evaluate the condition of the fleet to determine cost/benefit analysis.
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
- Manage fleet expenditures within established operations and maintenance budget.
- Manage fleet expenditures within established capital budget.
- Monitoring fuel expenses and usage to improve fleet fuel efficiency.
- Utilize telematics technology to maximize functionality of the fleet and fleet staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry vendors.
- Maintain fleet compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Must be available for emergency response events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ Years work experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role.
- Experience in the electric utility industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- A bachelor’s degree in business or logistics
- High Voltage Electrical Contracting and/or Utility experience
