Job Title: Associate Scientist
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Pay Rate: $30/hr to $33/hr
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in cell culture and cell-based assays
- Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques like RNA extraction, qPCR and/or dPCR
- Hands-on experience Flow cytometry and multi-parametric analysis (5+ colors) experience, ELISA, MSD (preferred)
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Previous drug discovery experience
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree 3+ YOE or MS 1+ YOE and in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or a related subject area.
- Cell culture (primary cells and cell lines) and aseptic techniques
- ELISA and/or MSD
- cell-based assays
- Nice to have: flow cytometry experience
