Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Program Scheduler to join our mission-driven team. As a Lead Program Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality ABA services by effectively managing schedules and coordinating resources for family, clients, and staff members across our many programs and campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for therapy sessions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and client satisfaction.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Coordinate with Behavior Therapists, BCBAs, families, and internal departments to schedule appointments and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with multiple departments (e.g. finance, billing) to ensure accurate funding streams and timely billing.
- Organizational and Time Management: Respond to daily changes in client schedules, staff schedules, and staffing while fulfilling our commitment to direct service hours for clients and therapists.
- Team Leadership: Provide supervision and on-the-ground support to direct supervisees and coordinates with other team members to ensure accurate scheduling activities and overall excellent provider and client care.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with scheduling software (Salesforce), spreadsheets, database management tools, and word processing software.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with further education for administrative/relevant business-related topics.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of general administrative experience within a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a healthcare or behavioral health environment.
- Spanish language fluency.
Salary:
Starting at $21/hr.
Hours:
Full-time, Monday – Friday.
