Key Wealth Management is looking for a Wealth Advisor who thrives in the ever-changing world of Financial Services. This role requires the ability to easily connect and motivate others, as well as explain financial concepts in a simplified manner.
The Wealth Advisor role is integral to the growth of an already established and matured client base. You will work alongside our CFP® Wealth Advisors to help execute all aspects of the client experience, including preparation for meetings, financial advice and portfolio monitoring. We are looking for someone who is deeply invested in service excellence, exhibiting high standards, excellent communication skills, good judgment, and takes initiative.

The Value You Deliver
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
- Complete all follow-up activities generated from client meetings and execution of any other requests to support the team
- Provide timely response to address incoming client questions and needs
- Design custom financial plans including retirement and education planning, cash and liability management, and tax and risk management strategies
- Prepare for client reviews; all reports, investment data, presentations, and plans organized in advance
- Oversee portfolios, including analyzing client’s existing holdings and overall asset allocation to provide recommendations
- Manage insurance business by evaluating and preparing insurance illustrations and presenting solutions to the clients
- Manage Employer Retirement Plans and provide employee education
- Interact proactively and collaboratively with the team
Required
- Series 7 & 66 Licenses
- Insurance licensed
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in client support, portfolio management, relationship management, or paraplanner role in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in intermediate Excel functions
Preferred
- Degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Experience with Money Guide Pro, Riskalyze, FactSet, Holistiplan
