Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience post-college to assist the Network Project Manager with Cisco Refresh projects at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena.
- Network PM is looking to off load some of his tasks to an assistant. You'll work hand and hand with the Network PM.
- Primarily based in Pasadena, but may occasionally need to work at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
- This is not a role for a technical Project Manager; we’re looking for an assistant or support type role.
- Must have strong experience with Excel and solid PC computer skills. They will be working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist the Network PM with Cisco Switch Refresh projects.
- Responsibilities include unboxing and tracking network equipment.
- Involves plugging in access points/network devices (no technical expertise required) and notifying the Network team for configuration.
Will work closely with internal managers, including nursing managers and other hospital staff.
