A successful ICU APP candidate for HNI Healthcare will possess the following:
- Ability to perform intubations and central lines
- Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
- Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
- Board certified, APP with advanced training in Critical Care, Pulmonary/CC, or Anesthesiology/CC.
- Current, unrestricted Ohio State license to practice.
