About the Job:
- Assess training modules and processes for new hires, lateral transitions and internal department needs, and spearhead development of junior staff alongside senior leadership.
- Train Paralegals on general case management as well as Bluebooking, organizational and research techniques.
- Proofread, cite-check and review complex legal documents.
Assemble and maintain case related documents, and draft pleadings and correspondence.
- Liaise with attorneys and various firm departments to coordinate and streamline processes, projects and procedures.
- Attend client meetings and legal proceedings, coordinate legal projects, and maintain accurate time records.

About You:
- Experienced. You possess at least five or more years of Paralegal experience in a litigation practice. A Bachelor's Degree is required. Prior trial experience preferred.
