There is a new process in place for the lab ops roles in Miramar, FL! We are scheduling tours for potential candidates on a weekly basis and will be verifying with your organization for those candidates. This is for them to tour the site, ask any questions, and to allow the supervisor to view how they act/react to the different tasks being performed at this location.
There are several positions and different shift times posted, so please see the list below and make sure that your team is verifying with the candidates that they can support this shift time, they have reliable transportation to and from the site, and that they are willing to come in for a site tour. These questions are critical to ensure that no one is wasting any time/effort on sourcing efforts or reviewing candidates that are truly not interested in working 3rd shift for Quest.
7268-1 – 3 openings for different shifts (Pre-Analytical Assistant)
- 1 part time position for shift 10pm-2am
- 1 part time position for shift 11pm-3am
- 1 full time position for shift 10pm-6:30am
There will be weekly opportunities for selected candidates to go onsite at the Miramar location on Tuesday evenings between 11PM-12AM to go and visit the site, ask questions, and truly see what type of location they will be working in as well as to see some of the work they would be doing.
Once again, this is a production heavy site. Anyone that is accustomed to working 3rd shift for a location such as Amazon, FedEx, or other labs would be perfect for this position. The shift times listed above are solid and do not have any flexibility. These are the shifts that need the most support, currently. There may be more positions opening up, but these are the ones that are the highest priority.
